Don was originally nicknamed “boy genius” by a client for his out-of-the-box, tech-saavy real estate thinking and youthful appearance. Now everyone calls him Boy Genius because it’s fun to work with a superhero. Plus, you can imagine how much Don loves it that we call him Boy Genius. He does this little snicker, like he’s oh-so-tired of it, but we know better.
Don is an experienced real estate pro who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. He has the e-Pro certification that less than 1% of Realtors in the U.S. have obtained. This gives you peace of mind that his technology skills are among the best and that he does indeed, live up to the nickname, Boy Genius.
- Interests: His three boys and every outdoor recreation known to man, except synchronized swimming.
- Philosophy: Whether buying, selling, or just getting educated in the complex world of real estate, we’re here for one reason and one reason only….to walk you through the whole process from conception to close (and beyond) and to serve as your personal guide through this exciting process.
- Major accomplishment: Don fosters long-term relationships. With his keen understanding of the market and its opportunities, Don is able to connect his clients with their perfect counterpart.
- Personal strength: Don is a very astute strategic thinker. He has the innate ability to cut through the endless reams of real estate market data and put his finger on the most salient action strategy for his clients.
- What he can’t live without: A bottle of ice-cold grape soda, cool wristwatches, and the smell of fresh paint.

Kelly has a bionic brain. Her supreme marketing skills are perfect for creating systems that work intuitively for customers. Kelly is an avid student of design, technology, and consumer trends as well as communications philosophy. Anything is possible with Kelly on your side. She will make your property shine. She will enrich your online advertising. And she will still cook a wicked-good dinner at the end of the day.
Everyone loves going to dinner parties at Kelly’s house because she has this special sea salt from England that makes food taste better. You might think that salt is just salt, but it isn’t. Kelly’s salt is different.
- Interests: Any kind of research, fencing, and fermented grapes that come in handsome green bottles.
- Philosophy: It’s all about the best possible service to clients. That means understanding their individual needs - whether buying, selling, or investing - and over-delivering exactly what they need, every time.
- Major accomplishment: Kelly has helped to create a powerful company brand with a strategic combination of web-based activity, extensive branding redesign, buzz-generating events, and proactive print marketing.
- Personal strength: She has an amazing ability to think outside of the box and to see connections among seemingly distinct and unrelated topics. And having her finger on the pulse of consumer and market trends helps her anticipate what the next step should be to keep our clients competitive in the marketplace.
- What she can’t live without: Sushi, endorphines, adventures in foreign lands, and witty banter with a worthy adversary.
Despite his youthful appearance, Cameron has been with The Don Edam Group for a very, very long time. Back when you were born, Cameron was with The Don Edam Group. If you were born at 1am, Cameron was probably devising a brilliant marketing strategy for one of his clients while you were being spanked. Fortunately for us, Cameron does not age, he merely improves. With a business degree from St. Thomas (circa 1612 we’ve heard) and centuries of experience (okay, that rumor might be a little excessive), Cameron is yet another of The Don Edam Group’s real estate gurus.
- Interests: His ONLY interest these days is the motorcycle he so desperately wants to buy.

- Philosophy: Tells it like it is…always!
- Major accomplishment: His wife, his 1-year-old daughter, & his boxer named Maisy
- Personal strength: Cameron takes a very keen interest in watching over his client’s needs as well as the changes taking place in the market, and continuously adapts their approach in order to suceed
- What he can’t live without: Tabasco sauce, sarcasm, and seeing all of the ‘firsts’ of his daughter’s new little life (first word, first crawl, you get the jist)
